  While they do have an amazing selection of boots and accessories, their customer service leaves a little to be desired. I wandered around for almost 20 minutes before I could get someone to acknowledge my presence and help me. I think their prices are ok. Maybe a little on the high side but, not too bad. I wouldn't mind paying a little more if the service was fantastic. However that is not the case. When the girl was finally able to help, she was very nice and apologized for the long wait to be helped. They weren't slammed busy either. Maybe 4 or 5 customers in there besides myself. They are an institution so I will be back but, I will hope for better service.
